With such pride and joy, I am thrilled to announce the award winners of this year's Youth Poem and Art Contest — "The Colors of Me"!
A heartfelt shout-out to our hard working review panel - Danuta and Farzi, whose dedication made the whole review process so much more balanced, insightful, and even possible!
Young contestants, you all shine like stars in the night sky, each coming with unique ways to observe and express the colors of your life. We hope you enjoyed the process of art making and poem writing, and if you did, we can feel it! And that is probably the biggest award in itself!
We are inspired by the engagement from this vibrant young community. Some of you jumped into the highly competitive older age group after years of growth and participation, some have already embarked on your college journeys. We hope you brew your love for writing and art into a lifetime source of joy, or maybe even nurturing into your future career or entrepreneurial journey!
To better serve the community, we will be sending out a short survey to all past and current contestants. Keep an eye out for that, your voice matters!
For award winners, you will receive a separate email regarding the logistics to receive awards.
