Poem

2025

Everyday I see the Clouds in their white fluffy hue,

And everyday I ask the Sky why it seems so blue,

But I’ve never asked “What is My hue?”,

And to be honest I have no clue.

Am I the Ocean’s calm serene blue,

Or am I the raging Fire’s crimson hue,

Or am I the fierce Tiger’s orange too,

Oh, how I wish I knew.

Am I the passive pink of the Cherry Tree,

Or am I the yellow flash of the Bumblebee,

Or maybe I’m the Falcon’s grey, flying so free.

Or maybe just maybe I’m all of those three,

Maybe just maybe all of these are the colors of me.
